What's new in HRX360

Ask "who is absent today?" or "where are we on Emiratisation?" and get a figure, table or chart from your company’s records, inside your permissions, with a short reading from the AI. Workforce, Emiratisation, attendance, leave, documents, hiring, onboarding and HR requests in this first phase. A company switch, a role permission and a daily allowance decide who may ask.

Run a review cycle for the whole company: self-review and goals in the employee app, manager review and share, an overall rating, and acknowledgement with a date. Each side stays private until it is handed over. Included with the Enterprise plan.

Checklists with an owner and a due date on every task, started right after an employee record is saved. New joiners tick their own tasks in the app, managers see theirs on Home, and reminders go to whoever owns the task. The welcome email now carries your logo and wording, with a set-password link instead of a default password.

Publish a careers page at careers.hrx360.com or embed it in your site, move applicants through six stages, and switch on AI screening that scores each CV against the job’s requirements. Hire into a pre-filled employee record, with the candidate linked to it.

Post a notice once to everyone or to chosen departments and locations; employees see it on Home and under a bell with an unread count, and HR sees who has read it. Company Files holds the handbook, policies and forms, always the current version.

Track the trade licence, establishment card, Ejari, VAT and corporate tax certificates and insurance policies with a named owner and reminders at 30 days, 7 days and after expiry. Renewing keeps the old document as history. Plus an all-staff list of employee documents, soonest expiry first.

Press Ctrl+K to find any employee, screen, setting or report you are allowed to see. A company can now switch Ask HRX360 off separately for the main portal and the employee app; when off, nothing is sent to the AI service.

Staff who have not clocked in by a set time get an automatic email on the weekdays you choose, and HR can receive a list of who is still missing. Approved leave and company holidays are skipped.

With overtime rules switched on, overtime from attendance reaches the pay run as normal and holiday overtime, priced from each employee’s salary. One named rule set serves attendance reports, payroll attendance and the Timesheet.

The construction add-on is now Projects, for any company that charges crew hours to projects or sites. Projects carry a geofence, so assigned employees can only clock in from the app inside their project’s boundary when the setting is on.

Salary certificates, NOCs, employment letters, salary advances, resignations and your own request types, submitted from the app and routed for approval. Letters are numbered on your letterhead and can be verified by HR; approved advances schedule their own payroll deductions.

Replace handwritten time cards and monthly Excel site sheets: type the month, import the sheet you already use, or scan the cards with a person confirming every page. Site engineer checks, project manager approves, one click sends days and overtime to payroll.

Employees see no payslip for a month until HR publishes it. Opt-in birthday and work-anniversary emails go out in your own words.

Cut a leaver out of regular payroll after a chosen month, independent of the date-of-leaving logic, and apply an optional pro-rata deduction for out-of-employment days.

With the per-company switch on, employees upload document renewals from the app. Each one is held as pending until HR approves or rejects it, and an approved renewal retires the old document.
