How much does HR and payroll software cost in UAE?

HRX360 starts from AED 6 per employee per month on the Standard plan (Core HR and employee self-service), billed annually. The Professional plan — which adds the full UAE payroll engine, WPS/SIF file generation and gratuity — is AED 10 per employee per month. Monthly billing is also available (Standard AED 8, Professional AED 12). There are no implementation fees. Annual plans are billed for a minimum of 10 employees; monthly billing is available from a 25-employee minimum.

What is the difference between the Standard and Professional plans?

Standard is Core HR plus employee self-service: employee records, documents and expiry alerts, leave, attendance (biometric and mobile geo-tagged clock-in), org chart and core HR reports. Professional includes everything in Standard and adds the full UAE payroll engine — WPS/SIF generation, gratuity and end-of-service (EOSB), payslips, salary reconciliation, payroll analytics and GL/journal-voucher export. Any UAE company that pays salaries needs the Professional plan.

What is the minimum number of employees?

Annual plans are billed for a minimum of 10 employees (from AED 60 per month on Standard and AED 100 per month on Professional). Monthly billing is available from a 25-employee minimum (from AED 200 per month on Standard and AED 300 per month on Professional). Pricing is per employee per month, with annual billing as the default for the lowest rate.

Is HRX360 suitable for small businesses and startups?

Yes. HRX360 is built for growing UAE businesses, and small teams get the same complete platform — Core HR, employee self-service, payroll and WPS — with no implementation fees and a 30-minute guided go-live. Plans are billed from a 10-employee minimum, so if you currently have fewer than 10 employees, talk to us and we will guide you to the best starting option for your stage.

Can we start small and add payroll later as we grow?

Yes. Many startups begin on the Standard plan for Core HR and employee self-service, then move up to Professional when they are ready to run payroll and WPS in-house. Your data carries over, so there is no need to re-implement when you upgrade.

Why is annual billing the default?

Annual billing gives you the lowest per-employee price — up to 25% less than monthly. Monthly billing is available if you prefer the flexibility, at a slightly higher per-employee rate.

Is VAT included in the price?

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. 5% UAE VAT will be added to the final invoice.

Is Employee Self-Service included?

Yes — Employee Self-Service is included on both Standard and Professional, through a mobile-ready web app. On Standard, employees can apply for leave, view attendance and access their documents. Once you add payroll on the Professional plan, employees can also view payslips and salary history.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses go live in around 30 minutes using an AI-guided setup that pre-configures your leave, holidays, pay periods and approval flows. Online training is available to get your HR team started immediately.

Can I get a demo before committing?
