How much do I earn for a referral?
10% of the referred company's first-year contract value with HRX360, paid once. There is no limit on how many companies you can refer.
When and how am I paid?
By bank transfer, after the referred company has signed and paid its first-year subscription in full. We collect your bank details at that point.
Who can refer a company?
Anyone: an HRX360 customer, an accountant or PRO, a consultant, a partner, or an individual who knows a company that needs HR and payroll software. You do not need to be a customer.
Which companies make a good referral?
UAE businesses with 10 or more employees that still run HR or payroll on spreadsheets, or that are unhappy with their current system. HRX360 plans start from a 10-employee minimum.
What if the company is already talking to HRX360?
A referral counts when the company is not already in our pipeline on the day you submit it. We will tell you within one business day if we already know them.
Does the company need to know I referred them?
Yes. Please make sure the company has agreed to hear from us before you submit their details. We say who referred them when we make contact.
